Research Associate – Applied Microbiology

Responsible for innovative research projects from the planning, design and execution stages of bench-scale, demonstration and large-scale microbiology-based process technologies. Utilize detailed technical knowledge and expertise in one or more of the fields of microbial metabolism and physiology, fermentation (bench and pilot scale), and microbial N and P cycling (e.g., nitrification, denitrification, anammox) to achieve ambitious technical milestones.

Senior Wastewater Process
Engineer

Lead major projects in wastewater treatment, reuse and value recovery with an emphasis in the U.S. wastewater industry. You will use your depth of experience in process design and wastewater modeling to develop the next generation of treatment technologies. This includes interfacing with the engineering staff at Microvi’s top-ranked engineering partners and clients to lead multiple pilot and full-scale projects at various stages of development from inception to completion.

 

Project / Portfolio Manager

Responsible for the planning and execution of our extensive project portfolios around the world including commercial, pilot, demonstration, and R&D projects. This position is primarily involved in directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. You will ensure consistent practices throughout all phases of the project life cycle while driving the development and execution of high quality, integrated cross-functional plans for projects. You will apply project management best practices in the development, initiation, planning, execution, control and closing of projects.

 

Laboratory Associate - Microbiology

Assist in the development, execution and analysis of laboratory research projects. In this entry-level role, you will become an expert in standard laboratory practices for research projects involving wet chemistry and microbiology while also gaining valuable skills and experience in critical thinking, experimental design, data analysis and laboratory operations. Success in this role will be determined by your ability to manage a dynamic workflow; take ownership for timelines, deliverables, and milestones; and uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism
